Cancellation and Refund - In case of any unforeseen emergency, if appointment/subscription gets cancelled on the part of the SWA TANTRAA Wellness Private Limited, the amount less the transaction charges shall be refunded. We will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card within 30 days. However, no refund is available if it is cancelled on the part of the client. In both cases, The Client has an option of Re-scheduling the appointment up to a maximum of three times. SWA TANTRAA Wellness Private Limited will not be responsible for any kind of delay in refund, caused as a result of delay in banking procedures. All disputes related to monetary compensations shall be subject to the courts of Maharashtra, India jurisdiction.

Domestic Use - SWA TANTRAA Wellness Private Limited makes no representation that the Website or Products/Services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside India. Users who access the Website from outside India do so at their own risk and initiative and must bear all responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws.
